In November there is a large population of Elk that migrate from Yellowstone National Park to Jackson Hole. Hunters stay in town at a motel. Each day hunters and horses travel by truck to the hunting area. This annual migration hunt gives hunters the opportunity to take large Yellowstone Bull Elk.

The Fish & Game Department controls all licenses in Wyoming for non-resident Elk and Deer. Your outfitter will assist you in filling out your application properly.
